Your data stays in your workspace.

1. Overview

FieldFlow is a business productivity app for small service businesses. The app is designed to keep your workspace data on your device and to let you decide when to share a document or reminder.

In short: FieldFlow does not sell your personal information, does not use your data for advertising, and does not collect data for cross-app tracking.

2. Information you enter

You may enter the following information into your local workspace:

• Business information, such as company name, owner name, trade, address, email address, phone number, currency, tax rate, invoice prefixes, and payment terms.
• Customer and job information, such as names, company names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, job notes, and service details.
• Quote and invoice information, such as line items, prices, quantities, discounts, taxes, due dates, notes, statuses, and payment records.
• Reminder content that you write before sharing it with a recipient.

FieldFlow does not require you to create an account. Please only enter information that you are authorized to use and share.

3. How information is used

Information stored in your workspace is used to provide the app's features, including creating and calculating quotes and invoices, tracking document status and payments, generating PDFs, and preparing reminder messages.

FieldFlow may also record anonymous, aggregate app events in the device's system log for local troubleshooting and product reliability. These events do not include customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, invoice contents, payment amounts, or document text.

4. Storage and sharing

Local storage

Your workspace is stored locally in the app's private storage on your iPhone or iPad. FieldFlow does not operate a server that receives or stores your workspace records. Deleting the workspace from Settings removes the local workspace data from that device.

iOS sharing

When you choose to share a PDF or reminder, iOS presents the standard share sheet. The app passes the content to the app or service you select, such as Mail or Messages. That recipient's privacy policy governs what happens after you share. FieldFlow does not send messages automatically.

Backups and device services

Your device may back up app data using services you enable, such as iCloud Backup. Those backups are controlled by Apple and your device settings. FieldFlow does not control Apple's backup or security practices.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

FieldFlow Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. FieldFlow does not receive your full payment card details. Apple may provide the app with transaction and entitlement information needed to unlock or restore your subscription, such as a product identifier and transaction status.

Apple's terms and privacy policy apply to App Store billing, payment processing, refunds, and subscription management. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.

6. Disclosure of information

FieldFlow does not sell, rent, or share your workspace information with advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose information only when:

• You choose to share it through an iOS sharing destination.
• Apple processes an App Store transaction or subscription request.
• Disclosure is required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users or the service.

7. Your choices and controls

• Access and export: Use Settings > Export my data to create a JSON copy of your workspace for your own use.
• Delete: Use Settings > Delete workspace and confirm the action. This permanently removes the workspace stored on that device. Export first if you need a copy.
• Sharing: Review the recipient and destination in the iOS share sheet before tapping Send or sharing.
• Subscriptions: Manage, cancel, or restore purchases through your Apple ID subscription settings and the controls in FieldFlow.

8. Security and retention

FieldFlow uses the iOS app sandbox and protected local file storage. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so keep your device, operating system, and Apple ID protected.

Workspace information remains on your device until you edit it, export it, delete the workspace, delete the app, or otherwise remove it through your device's settings. Temporary PDFs and exported files may remain in locations managed by iOS or other apps until you delete them.

9. Children's privacy

FieldFlow is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, contact us so we can address the issue.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app, applicable law, or our practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when a new version is posted. Your continued use of FieldFlow after an update means the revised policy applies to your use of the app.
